What file types do you accept for artwork?
We accept SVG, AI, EPS, PDF and high-resolution PNG files. If you only have a low-res logo, our art team can vectorize it for a small fee.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No, we don’t have a minimum order quantity! Whether you need just a few pieces or a larger order, we’re happy to help. We also offer bulk discounts as quantities increase.
How long does production take?
Our standard production time is typically 1–5 business days, depending on the size and complexity of your project. We’ll always provide a clear turnaround estimate before production begins.
Can I get a physical sample before the full run?
Yes, physical samples are available upon request before moving forward with full production. This allows you to review the quality, colors, placement, and overall look before completing the full run.
Do you keep my saved designs for reorders?
Yes! We keep your designs on file to make future reorders quick and easy. Just let us know what you’d like to reorder, and we can take it from there.
Can I bring my own blanks (shirts, hoodies, etc.) for printing?
Yes, we can print or embroider on your own blanks. Just note that quality and print results depend on the fabric and material of the blanks you provide, so we recommend checking with our team first to make sure your garments are compatible with our printing process. Custom blanks may also affect pricing and turnaround time.
