Processing Time

Since every order is custom-made — embroidered, printed, or cut-and-sewn to your specification — production typically takes up to 12 business days from art approval, depending on the method and order size. Larger or more complex runs (private label, multi-location embroidery, bulk cut-and-sew) may take longer; we'll confirm the exact timeline with your quote.

Shipping Time

Once your order is complete, standard shipping within the U.S. takes an additional 3–7 business days depending on your location. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an extra cost.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, size, and delivery address.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow it every step of the way. You can also track your production and shipping status directly from your account dashboard.

International Shipping

Currently we ship within the United States. If you need delivery outside the U.S., please contact us to check availability and rates.
